Anyone looking for a reliable plumber for a bathroom remodel need not look any further than Jackson Plumbing of Erie. Jackson’s (specifically, the crew of Ryan and James) recently completed a bathroom remodeling project in our home. The project took approximately 8 days. From the moment these two young men entered our home, we knew we were in good hands. Even before the project started, we had a great experience with Scott Jackson when he came out to give us an estimate and with his very capable assistant, Camille, who assisted us with all of the paperwork and ordering.
Ryan and James worked diligently everyday, always arriving on time and always cleaning up after each day’s project. They had to spend a lot of time cutting and placing tile on the floor and walls, along with all of the plumbing tasks, and they always made an effort to please us and complete each task as perfectly as possible. Our outdated little bathroom was transformed into a beautiful, modern room and we could not be happier! Scott came back out on the last day to install one last item and he also took the time to adjust our lighting fixture. Great, reliable service is definitely the name of the game at Jackson Plumbing and we would highly recommend them!

   Just wanted to thank two of your employees, Camille and Chris, for an excellent job! [A water line in] our basement started leaking just before my husband had hip replacement surgery (June 23).  When he was released on June 25, we noticed the leak was getting worse.  We contacted our home warranty provider, AHS, on June 27.  We were notified by them that Jackson Plumbing would be contacting us.  When Camille called, my husband explained the problem and she said she would check the schedule and get back to us.  She called a little later and said the schedule was full that day, but someone would be here the following day.  And then around lunch time, she called and said they had a cancellation and someone would be here around 2:30.  What a relief!
Chris arrived, checked the basement and immediately explained what was happening.  In short order, he had the leak fixed.  He was friendly, courteous and very efficient.
We just wanted to let you know that you have two exceptional employees and if anything occurs in the future, we will not hesitate to contact Jackson Plumbing.

We recently completed a major addition on our home. It required major changes to the plumbing to the rooms involved and also included a sump pump and downspout addition and a new high recovery water heater. To eliminate the inconvenience of not being able to use our bathtub, we decided to go with one of those “done in one day” companies that installs a liner over your existing bathtub instead of replacing it. The installation took longer than a day, the workmanship was poor and they failed to make the necessary repairs because they did not feel they needed to be done. They said they were the professionals and that they knew what they were doing. When the bathtub started to leak into the downstairs, we called Jackson Plumbing. Jackson Plumbing responded immediately and did what they could do to minimize the damage to our house. Everything that the other company did had to be torn out and replaced and repair work had to be done to our downstairs because of the water damage. Working with Jackson Plumbing was effortless. They coordinated the work to repair the bathroom and the downstairs to that we did not have to worry about it. The employees at Jackson Plumbing are courteous and knowledgeable. We will use Jackson Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs from now on.
